Major Field Testing for Seniors

Go to Vault to sign up for your Major Field Test—check requirements with your department chair.

If you are a graduating senior, then you may need to complete the Major Field Test. Check with your department chair to see if you need to take the test (please note: not all majors require an exam; therefore, this test is not a graduation requirement, except within the departments that offer the test).

Go to Vault, and then the heading “Senior Testing” for dates, times and locations for test offerings. There is no fee unless you miss a test date; then, the Counseling and Testing Center charges a $50 fee for independent arrangements.
