What:  Learn advanced service training (Advanced Connections) and time-saving elements to help you navigate the waters of the university setting.  Topics to be covered are:  Service recovery – how do you recover when things don’t go/happen well, time saving email and phone tips, diversity training, what does it mean when we say, “Good service goes beyond a pleasant demeanor”?.
