Antillean Adventist University Symphonic Band

The Antillean Adventist University Symphonic Band from Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, will be performing a concert at the Howard Performing Arts Center on May 12, 2018. Their repertoire will include sacred, classic and some folk tune arrangements. From their humble beginnings in 1985, the band has grown steadily to become what it is today. Current director, Professor Ramon Araujo, has guided the group to new heights, including tours to different parts of the world and culminating with the performance at the closing session for the General Conference in San Antonio, Texas, in July of 2015.
