Baker Jr., PhD, to present an archaeological lecture titled “Raging Bull and Peaceful Hippo” on Monday, March 9, at 7 p.m. in Lynn Wood Hall chapel on campus. As associate director of Andrews University Press in Michigan, Baker serves as the managing editor of the Andrews Study Bible and the Andrews Bible Commentary volumes. Andrews President John Wesley Taylor reported growing student engagement in mission and service, including evangelistic campaigns in Malawi that resulted in over 3,000 baptisms. The University welcomed its largest incoming class since before the pandemic and climbed nearly 80 places in national rankings.
